We remove any old compromised insulation and vapor barrier, then we thoroughly treat for any mold in your crawlspace or under your mobile home before installing new R19 insulation to code. We only use true industrial grade 12 mil vapor barrier which is nylon-fiber woven. Anything less will not last, we guarantee ours will last for decades.
