You'll also receive a detailed estimate outlining any issues that were found and our strategic plan to resolve the issues. There is no cost for this and no obligation to use us afterwards.

Renting? Here is the quickest route
Feel free to share our information with your landlord or property manager and ask them to give us a call. At which point we are happy to come perform our inspection service. However, if there is a contentious situation between you and your landlord with potential legal ramifications, we recommend hiring a licensed mold assessor that will perform air quality testing and provide lab results that are often used as the necessary legal leverage in these types of disagreements.
Licensed mold assessment services with lab results are not free. But they are valuable, and very necessary in situations where there is either a dispute about the presence of mold, or where mold is suspected but there are no obvious visual signs of mold being present or water intrusion.
